  18. <p>    The two final Western hostages in Lebanon, German aid workers
  19. Heinrich Struebig and Thomas Kemptner, finally went home. In
  20. Bonn, Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel said a credit of several
  21. hundred million marks to Iran "played no role" in the release.
  22. Their return brings to an end a decade during which almost 100
  23. foreigners were kidnapped in Lebanon.
